Review the framework for using Subscribe Form and understand what happens when the counter reaches 100,000 recorded downloads.

1. Scope

Downloading software, accepting its license, and purchasing services are separate actions. An offer must explain its scope and price before requesting payment.

2. Software license

GPL v2-or-later code retains that license’s freedoms. Downloading does not include unlimited support, hosting, or permanent access to external services.

3. Counting downloads

The server records verified deliveries, deduplicated by an identifier derived from IP, version, and day. Counts do not equal people or installations and do not prove the browser saved every byte. Recognizable automated agents are excluded.

4. Commercial milestone

At 100,000 deliveries, service and membership information appears and the administrator receives a notice. No automatic charges, download blocks, or license changes occur. Services require a valid offer and acceptance.

5. Before a purchase

Disclose the provider, total price, currency, taxes, duration, renewal, cancellation, payment, and technical requirements. An inquiry is not a payment order.

6. Consumer rights

Mandatory rights remain intact, including withdrawal where applicable. Digital-content or immediate-performance exceptions require the information and consent prescribed by applicable law.

7. Responsible use

Keep backups, provide accurate information, and share credentials only through authorized secure channels. Anti-abuse measures must be proportionate.

8. Issues and complaints

Use https://pluginfiles.com/soporte. Cancellation, refunds, governing law, and jurisdiction follow the offer and applicable rules.

9. Changes and affiliation

Changes do not authorize charges without acceptance or retroactively alter GPL licenses. Affiliate participation follows https://www.pluginfiles.com/afiliados/.

Goal: 100,000. One delivery per pseudonymous IP/version identifier each day. Not unique people or installs.
